WHAT DOES AN EVERLYEE PIECES MADE OF?

To avoid tarnishing, Everlyee chooses stainless steels(food grade or surgical grade) to be the raw material and real gold-plated for shines.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Upon placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We begin processing your order within 24 hours. Crafting a customized piece of jewelry typically takes between 10 to 18 days, with delivery expected in approximately 7 to 14 days thereafter. To ensure timely arrival, we recommend placing your order at least a month in advance of your important dates. We prioritize careful crafting for every memory piece and do not accept rush orders.

 

CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?

You will have a 24-hour window to cancel customized orders after placement. Refunds cannot be processed after this timeframe, as the pieces are tailored specifically to your order. Returns are not acceptable for custom-made to order items, including the collections of Bespoke Bliss Nameplates, Furry Tales, Earth Elements and Initial Whispers.

We currently only accept PayPal as our payment method due to its safety features.
