Crafting a customized piece of jewelry typically takes between 10 to 18 days, with delivery expected in approximately 7 to 14 days thereafter. To ensure timely arrival, we recommend placing your order at least a month in advance of your important dates. We prioritize careful crafting for every memory piece and do not accept rush orders.
