Upon placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We begin processing your order within 24 hours.

We will send you a proof within 24 business hours and wait for your confirmation before crafting. Crafting a customized piece of jewelry typically takes between 1 - 9 business days, with delivery expected in approximately 7 - 12 days. (Engraving pieces take 1 - 3 business days to craft after receiving approval from you.)

To ensure timely arrival, we recommend placing your order at least a month in advance of your important dates. We prioritize careful crafting for every memory piece and do not accept rush orders.

You will have a 24-hour window to cancel customized orders after placement. Refunds cannot be processed after this timeframe, as the pieces are tailored specifically to your order.

Returns are not acceptable for custom-made to order items, including the collections ofBespoke Nameplates, Furry Tales.

For non-customized orders, you can request for a refund within 60 days after you received the order.
