A Message from the Founder

Hello and welcome to our shop—Everlyee!

I’m Janice G., the founder of Everlyee Jewelry, and I’m excited to share a little bit about my journey and how it led me to create this business. Jewelry has always held a special place in my heart. But my journey into the world of custom jewelry goes far beyond design—it’s deeply personal, rooted in the cherished bonds I’ve shared with the women in my family.

Growing up, I was always fascinated by jewelry—not just as something beautiful to wear, but as something that carried meaning, history, and sentiment. When I studied as a study abroad students in the US, like many international students, I faced several challenges during my time abroad, the language barrier, cultural shocks, and the overwhelming feeling of not quite fitting in.  At first, making connections with local students seemed like an impossible task. It was hard to break through those initial barriers and truly feel like I belonged. 

Surprisingly, jewelry became my bridge. One day, I sat at the lounge writing the midterm paper for my art class. Hannah, who also lived in the same hall, walked by and showed her interest in my necklace that my granny pass down to me. It was the first day of the friendship between Hannah and me. 

What truly amazed me in our conversation was how, even though we came from different cultures, we all had jewelry that held special meaning. Whether it was a gift from a loved one, a token of a significant moment, or something that just made us feel good, we all wore pieces that symbolized something important in our lives. This start of a long last friendship turned made me realize that jewelry was a universal language — a way to express ourselves, connect with others, and share something deeply personal.

This is the heart of Everlyee Jewelry — Jewels that Speak, Stories that Sparkle. We believe that every piece should be more than just an accessory; it should carry with it memories, emotions, and a sense of identity. I started this store to offer pieces that not only reflect your personal style but also become a part of your story — pieces that help you share, connect, and celebrate the moments that matter most.
